SHRIMP STIR FRY NOODLES
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare noodles, keep warm
- Sauté shrimp and walnuts in hot oil until shrimp turns pink, remove from pan, keep warm
- Add remaining ingredients to pan, stir and cook for 4 minutes until liquid is absorbed
- Add ingredients to noodles. Serve & enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 PKGS of Noodles
- ½ lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 ½ cup broccoli flourets
- 2 oz snow peas
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
